I've been in love deeply in love with the lake for about five years. I have seen and lived so much and have shared so much along the way. And due to many reasons and scenarios of the city's involvement and care of the swans and their babies, I have never seen what I saw on the lake this evening before. Or should that say, "I have never seen before what I saw on the lake this evening." My grammar and writer instinct is muddled in the moment of sharing as this moment was so beautiful. The five Easter babies that my friends and I saw hatch are now "teenagers" and were swimming across the lake with their Mama and Papa. As a family and in harmony. At one with nature and as it was meant to be. This scene right here - moved me to tears.
I am so happy.
It is what I wanted for Little One. It is what I have wanted for all of the little ones and their Mamas and Papas over the years.
Sail on beautiful ones. And may the wind always be beneath your wings.
xo
Kim, little one watches from Heaven.....
This is so beautiful and so heart moving.
I'm very happy that you have such a special place to
take in all that is pure and that is God.
It is a Godly hug for you, dear friend.

Nature at its very best! Thank you for sharing this beautiful moment. How wonderful that you witnessed it.
On a personal note, this picture reminds me of my parents raising their five children. And, yes, we also felt like a parade when we walked into church on Sunday mornings!

It's so very beautiful, Kim and I'm so happy the swan family is still together.
Colors... yes, I do have a color mood. Sometimes, I want to be surrounded in red and then all black and then turquoise. It's ever changing, but I always have my green and yellow around me now :)
Love you!
