;-)
I've been busy painting tiny oil paintings and flower pots for the dollhouse. This has been so much fun! I got a package of wooden rectangles and a package of wooden flower pots at Hobby Lobby and used the acrylic paint that I already had. Next time I go back I need to get some yellow though - but of course! :-)
I hope you have had a wonderful week. It is really hot and muggy here so it is a great time for indoor projects and dollhouse play.
Now if only painting a life-sized house was so easy, right?
xo

(((Kim)))
Thank you so much for your sweet words this morning. You knew what was in my heart as always and said just the right things.
You know, I wish I could crawl right into your dollhouse and fall asleep in that cozy bed right now or maybe have a cup of coffee in the kitchen and sweep the floor with the cute little broom. Those paintings are so sweet and everything looks just right. Whatever you touch turns to magic... whether it's a house, a paintbrush, a camera, or the keyboard.
Love you dearly,
rue

You have so many talents, Kim. I am enjoying seeing all the pictures of your charming doll house. I think my favorite is the "home sweet home" sign. And those boots just crack me up.

You continue to amaze me with all of your talents. Love everything you're doing in your dollhouse, especially the seascapes. They take me right back to the ocean in my mind.
