I painted a small painting of Shannon's wedding dress and I painted a small painting of a butterfly for a dear friend ...

His name is Frank and I have shared about him before .... his home is the lake and surrounding blocks and he is my friend.  A friend who asked about my son every single day while he was deployed; a friend who calls me "Sunshine" and asks about me and if I am doing okay every time he sees me. A friend who has quoted passages from all kinds of books and who has shared with me his pearls of wisdom.... as he has lived the streets and the raw heartbeat of his life.

A friend until the end.... and beyond.  

I am so glad I named this site almost 5 years ago Imagery by Kimberly because many times that is all that I share.  There are times when my words are few.  The words are in my head and I could go on and on and on.... but I tend to let the images speak for me.  I guess it is the season.

Thank you so much for being here for my random imagery .... and understanding what I am trying to express in the way that I can, when I can.  I know how blessed I am to have you.
