I hope you have had a wonderful week! I've obviously been playing with the dollhouse! You can see my attempt at painting wee roses on a cardboard box flap! ;-) I found the pink kitchen stove and sink on Ebay. They came from West Virginia, where my parents are from. I think that is really neat! The dining room table is covered with scraps of fabrics, ribbons, brushes and paints, and all things tiny and fun! This honestly is a sweet little hobby and if you are thinking about working on one I really recommend it! I just work on it as the mood strikes.
It's hot here but the blooms keep blooming and beauty is everywhere to be found, right Summer Lynn? I so love watching her explore .... one of my favorite heart things to do.
And peace can be found too. So thankful, as always, for that. Seek and ye shall find!
For sure.

Your dollhouse is fabulous as is your original artwork! Who knew there were such tiny treasures to be discovered? At night, I'm sure the fairies visit and have a high time.

Oh Kim, this is the cutest doll house ever. How special that you found the pink stove and sink from the place where your mom and dad lived. Summer Lynn is so sweet, and so is that rose painting. And you know, I haven't heard the word "neat" in a long time. It was my favorite word through the years, still is.
Have a nice day, lovely you.

Now that is a size painting that would be an interesting challenge! Stay cool and enjoy the world in the cool of the day. Summer Lynn always looks so cool!

Thanks for the sweetness and smiles! I love your mini cottage with it's fluffy bed and pretty rose wall hanging that you made! The parent/baby duck shot is just beautiful. It's just another ordinary miracle today! Going to bring some peonies inside for guests to enjoy this weekend. Thanks for accentuating the good in my life and yours...

Love what you are doing with the little dollhouse. I have such good memories of playing with dollhouses when my sister and I were kids. This past year I started putting together little fairy gardens....brings back those same memories.

Kim, your painting for the doll house is so sweet. I love the stove and sink too. It almost make me want to paint my real kitchen pink, but you know I won't ;)
I'm so glad you're finding peace in your world. It's lovely when that happens, isn't it?
Love you much, my dear friend.
xoxo,
rue

Kim,
After seeing how you are transforming the dollhouse into a miniature version of Dear Daisy Cottage, it makes me want to make one too! You are doing a fabulous job at making it adorable. Please keep taking pics, because I don't want to miss a single thing! You go girl! It already is beaming with happiness! Makes me want to live there! Have a great weekend!
Love from Texas,
Donna

I'm crazy about the pink stove and sink! I haven't worked on my doll house in long while....you inspire me to do so.
Since I am going to have granddaughter...maybe she will want to do that with me when she's older. :)
And maybe I can take her to the produce stand and all sorts of places. :) I hope she will want to.
