I hope you enjoy my often random posts. My life, too, seems to be so random now. Does that make sense? It is a season of randomness for me, I think.
☺
As my beloved neighbors around me decorate their porches and yards with twinkly Christmas lights and gorgeous poinsettias, I am holding fast to my pumpkins that are still on my front porch because it is still November and I don't want to let her go. I love November's light and sounds and smells. I love the calm that she seems to bring when she arrives. November is like a deep cleansing breath that feels so right as it is slowly released with a satisfied sigh.
November comforts.
So yes, I love November. I will treasure these last days of her. With great thankfulness, indeed.
♥
Yes, do enjoy your November days. I enjoyed seeing some of your Thanksgiving preps. Any pie left?

I don't want November to end either! It's gone by so fast. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your new grandbaby. I held my granddaughter close and enjoyed watching her uncles be amazed by her. Christmas will be here soon enough.

I, too, love your randomness. Enjoy this last week of November before the hustle and bustle of December. Was that a picture of one of the baby ducks all grown up?
The last picture with your granddaughter and her parents is incredible. Shannon looks so beautiful and radiates love.

{{{{KIM}}}} I feel like it has been an age since I left a comment!! You have been in my thoughts with all the changes in your life. {{{{HUGS}}}} and more {{{{HUGS}}}} to you dear sweet Kim.
I love November; it is full of simple pleasures. And while I have white twinkle lights out, because I always have white twinkle lights out, they twinkle next to my pumpkins and turkeys; December will be here soon enough with all it's magic and color. For now I am going to settle in for these last quiet moments.

Oh yes, I love your random pictures, especially the tree with the bright sun shining through. I love tree pictures, as they are haunting to me. Your kindness pillow is a treasure. It is what the world needs more than ever.

Thank you so much everyone!
Yes, Gail, that is one of the baby ducks all grown up.
They fly around the lake now BUT always fly back to Papa Goose when he calls for them. So amazing to witness!

Kim

I too am keeping autumn decorations up an mayb into December. I like the unit that autumn brings. The sounds of leaves swirling in the wind makes me stop, watch and listen
Thank you for sharing the pics.
Take care

Kim, I feel your November love...we were on the road last week to visit our grad student son and spend Thanksgiving with our daughter and military son-in-law...all wonderful, yet I literally returned to snow on my pumpkins! Looking at all of my indoor fall decorations, I wanted to have the holiday all over again...I'm clinging to fall and Thanksgiving for at least another week, as well! xo...
