She may not speak with words but she speaks with every leaf, every gentle breeze, every ripple of water, and with every soul.
And if we listen, we can learn.
We will laugh. We will cry. We will not always understand why.
But we will always be thankful.
Papa Goose, Mama Duck, and their three babies are doing beautifully! They are such a precious family.
♥
Vacations are restoratively important but, oh, to be home and touch familiar surroundings is heaven on earth. Happy week, dear one.

Saw the word "lizards!" in comments before I saw them in the photo...how interesting that I can be so inattentive. There they were sure enough where before they had just been "patina." My favorite is the third photo. It would be. I love all the unruffled calm of the birds even as the water is a bit choppy beneath them. There's got to be a lesson in that. A lovely day to you, Kim...

As always, BEAUTIFUL, Kim!! I agree, where
was Maggie....looked like a missed opportunity.
Of course, with little Maggie's luck, she was
probably looking somewhere else! :-)
All photos were gorgeous but, of course, you
did save the BEST for last!!
Have a wonderful day, Kim...

Glad you are having a wonderful summer and all the babies in the lake are doing good. Yes, the beautiful nature around us is God's gift to us to enjoy.

Hiya! First of all I would like to tell that you truly have built a beautiful blog. And I have a question for you. Do you have plans to write professionally or online blogging is only a hobby?
