Hi Kim,
Hope your 2012 is going great so far! Nothing says the "South" like good old biscuits! My mother used to make biscuits and "red eye" gravy for us when we were kids. She would also make them for dinner to accompany a pot roast. My Dad used to love to put honey on his biscuits. Your recipe made me immediately think of my parents and the great meals my mom used to cook. Thank you for this memory today. I am going to make your biscuit recipe and I will think of you, dear heart, while I am making it. Love to you always, Kim
