A Season
to everything there is a season,
a time for every purpose under the sun.
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to pluck up that which is planted.
ecclesiastes 3:1-8
thoughts and prayers going up for all of those in the path of the storm

Peace to you, too, Kim. Thanks to God we survived Irene with just a little rain and wind here in MD. Love the "cross tree". Our little feathered friends can dry off today.
I am so happy you and yours are safe Ann! ((hugs))
Thank you dear Judy.... yes we lost one duckling a week ago. I am concerned now about another one - he seems to have injured his leg. They are truly precious.
Dear Kim,
I love the pictures of Maggie,Marley and your new granddog. But I really miss the house tours. Could you do some of those sometime? I didn't see your name in the newest issue of Romantic Country, so I miss you in there also. You are the best.
xoxoxo,
Renie
Enjoyed viewing your peaceful, calm and sooooo loving Post this afternoon....I, too, count, daily how many are on the lake! I understand...The cross tree was a delight to view..Thank you, sweet, sweet, girl...g
Ive noticed the goose hanging out with the ducklings...do you think he/she has been protecting them and that's why they have made it this far? When the geese have their babies...NO ONE messes with them since the geese are such protective parents. Maybe he'e their guardian angel?
Wow I love that Image of the cross tree. I'm glad that you are safe and well. Irene was a nasty piece of work and my prayers and thoughts are with all who have been affected by her. Trish xox ;)

The one tree looks like a cross. That's inspiring. Have a blessed week.
