A Season
to everything there is a season,
a time for every purpose under the sun.
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to pluck up that which is planted.
ecclesiastes 3:1-8
Dearest Kim, I've known your blog thru a book that i've bought last year Blogging for Bliss. I'd come in a few days a week to read your posts and also your older posts, I think I've read them all...coz your posts made my cups of coffee much sweeter ....and ....opened up my eyes to see all things around me more beautiful and meaningful. I don't know why I've felt so sad reading your last post when I knew that I could always find you here. Thank you Kim for letting me know YOU. Wishing you and loved ones the very best

Hi Kim,
You look a lot like your sweet Daddy. You are sooooo right, it is the size of a man's heart that counts. I am sure your Dad stood ten feet tall in your eyes though... a Dad doesn't have to be very big or tall for us to look up to him. I know your Dad is smiling at you from heaven and that he is so proud. I miss my Dad, and I know you miss your's too. We were blessed to have the fathers we had...even though we would have loved to have had them longer. I can remember the last couple of days I had with my Dad when I was there in Florida caring for him at the end of his life. He told me that he would have loved to have been able to come to Washington State to visit. I told him that he was there....that "every mountain that I see, every deer that I spot...you are there, too." I put my hand on my heart and said "because you are always right here when I see them." He smiled...and I will never forget it. Our Dads are still with us.....they live in our hearts. Love you lots, Kim
