It's love bug season here. Big time. They are everywhere, including all over Daisy Cottage's porch.
And speaking of love bugs ...
Gosh I love her.
Well when I am all done sweeping up the love bugs, I will be here - saying hi to our little swan family, who by the way, are doing great! The babies are now able to get food from the feeder and they are having lots of fun splashing around and making bubbles ...
One day the babies will join the other swans on the lake.
I SO PRAY.
Love,
Kim
Good morning Kim: Thanks for sharing all of your beautiful pictures with blogland people. Each one just makes my day.
So glad the little baby swans are doing well and one day grow into a magnificent lovely creature. Also, Maggie of course is her lovely self. She is so cute. I can see why you love her so much.
Take care my dear.
(((hugs)))
Alice from Arkansas
P.S. Please keep us in your prayers because of all the flooding here. Thanks

Sweet. We don't have love bugs here, and that is a good thing.
Maggie is as sweet as pie and so are the babies. Some of us were "talking" on facebook about nice photos and your blog came up, one lady lives or lived by you and used to walk by your cottage, I was soooo jealous. have a great day Kim

I so love your blog. I look forward to reading your blog daily. Your pictures are wonderful. The music is so relaxing and inviting. Makes me feel like I am out at the lake myself. LOL. Wanted to share that my baby birdies have flown the cook. Not really mine they just made one of my hanging plants their home for a month or so. Realized that yesterday the mom was gone for most of the day. I was able to take pictures of them, but they looked so scared. I was so so sad for them. This morning I woke up and headed outside to see them and sure enough they were gone. What a sad but happy moment. Sad because I looked forward to seeing them daily but happy they are gone getting on with their lives. LOL.
Thanks for sharing you daily life with us. You are a great inspiration.

Oh, how I remember the love bugs from our years on the Gulf. They seemed to get into everything! And as Linda mentioned, the stink bugs are taking over just north of us.
But the sweet swans and dear Maggie more than make up for the bug-fest. Wishing you beauty and joy today!

I'll trade my stink bugs for your lady bugs.

I'm glad I'm not the only one obsessed with your house. I love that fact that the chimney is painted yellow and not white, which most people would have done.
