I met my beautiful friend, Lori, downtown for lunch today. We ate at Bay Street Bistro. Everything that we had was SO delicious!
We had potato soup ....
And chicken salad ...
And we had coffee ...
And we had dessert. We ate our AWESOME banana bread pudding in two seconds. We ate it so fast that I didn't get a photo of it! Can you imagine?
;-)
BUT I took photos of these scrumptious sweet treats for you ....
NOW.... I HAVE had this pecan pie before and I will tell you this:
IT IS THE BEST PECAN PIE IN THE WHOLE WORLD. PROMISE.
Click on the pic to see a larger view and look at the crust. Oh yum.
So.... yes about saving the date... please save the date for the next Fancy Flea! Remember when I took you there?
And when would that be?
April 30th.
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Kentucky Avenue
Lakeland, Florida
Be there or be ....
Well - just be there!
;-)
Kim

Oh what difficult it is for me to look at those delicious desserts! I put myself on a diet this week you know... So no chocolate, no pie, no desserts for me. Only lots and lots of water and healthy food!
(sigh)

On your luncheon is too "sweet". Such beautiful food and I'm sure it tasted as such!
I will def be at this Fancy Flea!!!! I've been in Florida now for four years, every year is something! I had plans to go November 12, 2010, but you can believe the nerve of my dr. scheduling my surgery for the same day!! I begrudgingly gave in though!
Thank you for sharing your glam luncheon with us!

thank you for getting that date for me...I guess I am not the only one who is looking forward to it. I will put it on my calendar. P.S. Have you been to T.J. Maxx lately. Saw some dishes there, they had just come in,and so reminded me of you with all your primary colors. They are very much Cath Kidston. I took some photos but the colors did not come out as bright as I would like. Rose florals with red/white gingham, red/white polka dots, green, yellow, and soft blue. All on a white background. Cute as button...check them out. I haven't checked HomeGoods yet, but we have them here in our Clermont T.J. Maxx. denise
