Let Your Home Be Your Heart
- What I hope for my readers and for all keepers of the nest, is that they embrace their homes with their heart and all of the passion that it holds. I want them to know that they can decorate on a limited budget by seeing things in new ways; by rescuing the broken and transforming the ugly. I hope that they flaunt their favorite color and decorate their life with it. I hope that their homes feel like one giant hug that welcomes them each and every time they walk through their front door. I have always loved pens and paper and crayons and the smell freshly sharpened pencils.....but I do not write(?). I suppose someone just has to be there to enjoy what others do write!

I go to a certain craft show every year and a nice lady always gives me a flower pen. You have quite the bouquet!

Sadly my computer keys have taken place of a sweet pen, but it would be nice to have a little pot full of flower pens at my desk, or I could put them on my paint brushes, then they would get used. :) Hope all is well!! xoxo

I have a flower pen that was given to me by a friend. It is carved out of wood and is so pretty and cheerful. Maybe I'll use it today at work to cheer me up.

Flower pens do make me smile......I have a jingle bell pen that I bring out every Christmas and it just jingles all the way while you write. It makes everyone get a great big grin on their face. So I agree......there is just somehing about them........
