The sun is slowly waking up the dollhouse kitchen.
And although the cupboards appear to be bare ...
We DO have eggs over there! ;-)
Please have a seat in the chair ... I'm so glad you are here.
Can you feel the summer breeze coming in through the window?
So yes, I really do need to make my dollhouse grocery list. Maybe you can help me.... what should I buy? I know I definitely need milk, bread, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Oh and an apple pie.
Yes an apple pie. Because every kitchen needs an apple pie.
;-)
Kim
I can feel the breeze coming through the window! This is darling beyond words, Kim.

Gorgeous! But hardly fair that a dollhouse is far more decorated and pulled together than my house. Guess I'd better get working!

Your dolls house is so pretty, sweet and creative, Kim; and fun! I loved stories about little people, chipmunks and mice etc living in sweet little doll houses when I was young. I should find some of those books and read them to my grands.
Thanks for the memories.

Unbelievably sweet. I used to have a doll's house which my uncle made for me. It was white with a red roof, a red door and red trim on the windows. I miss my doll's house but you have brought back such sweet memories.
PS I think you need to add some muffins or cupcakes to the grocery list :)

Wonderful and I can smell the baking apple pie.
What a treasure.

happy day to you and the dollhouse!

You make me want to go buy a dollhouse:)
I think you need a chicken cheese casserole on the table. I tried your recipe last night and it was so good. Thanks for sharing that recipe and your dollhouse.

Oh my, you know how much I love miniatures. I see a "Miss Molly" but what about a "Marley"? Do you have one for your dollhouse?? One more question ~ what scale is your dollhouse?

Kim,
I love your dollhouse. Last night I ask my hubby to bring something sweet home for dessert and he came in with an apple pie. Sure made the kitchen smell good while it baked. All I needed was some ice cream, but I settled for a little whipping cream. It was soooo good.
Have a blessed day.

Thank you so much for sharing this! Your little house is so inspiring. I have dollhouse parts that I've collected and I think I will finally put them together now after seeing yours. I'm going to follow your blog so that I can follow your dollhouse adventures. *hugs*

Kim,
I have missed several posts and am just getting caught up. I always love visiting your dollhouse. You have done such a great job. Everytime I see it, I am motivated to do something with mine....but it is currently found a new home in my granddaughters room. She is enjoying it just as it is. Hopefully one day soon, we can make some improvements together. I am back in school and things are SO busy that I haven't had a chance to read or to post comments. I am feeling great....just like my "old self" again. I want to thank you again for your kindness during my illness!
Much love! Cindy

I have never posted a comment before today. I love this post. It makes me feel like a little girl again. This is just what I needed after a very stressful day. It brings back happy memories of playing with my dollhouse and barbies and paper dolls.

Is it bad that your doll house kitchen is cuter and more finished than my actual kitchen?
