Oh Kim, Your home looks so super, duper, lovely in all of the photos! How fun to have your home published. I know this isn't the first time, but I'm sure it always gives you a thrill. And thank you for sharing your sweet, comfy cottage with all of us. It is so refreshing after seeing some of the homes that are obviously put together by monied people. I can't reach for that, not in this life! But after seeing the lovely hominess (is that a word) that you create, I know in my heart that I can do it, too. Love ya, Cindy S

Posted by: leslie | April 28, 2010 at 02:49 PM
Wow, what a wonderful honor, both of these! I know you can do google translator if you're able to cut and copy...if you can find this article online, you may be able to then read the copy! I recently found pics of my home on a blog in Brazil...couldn't read anything she wrote or the comments. Google translator helped and I've since added their widget to my sidebar. Hope this helps, Kim!

Dear Kim, This is so beautiful and inspiring. I love that your sweet spirit is being spread around the world!
I have been entertaining the idea of painting a "trash-picked" iron table in that same blue, and now I KNOW it's right. Off to pick up more spray paint...
Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. Some days are difficult and seeing your words and pictures always makes me feel better. There is just something so rewarding about taking an old, discarded item and making it new and lovable.
