What I hope for my readers and for all keepers of the nest, is that they embrace their homes with their heart and all of the passion that it holds. I want them to know that they can decorate on a limited budget by seeing things in new ways; by rescuing the broken and transforming the ugly. I hope that they flaunt their favorite color and decorate their life with it. I hope that their homes feel like one giant hug that welcomes them each and every time they walk through their front door. Yes, you are the BEST and the SWEETEST of them all.

Thank you for sharing your heart about the lady and the man.

And thank you AS ALWAYS for being so compassionate and wise. I knew you would understand.

You are worth celebrating EVERY day.

But especially today.

You teach me, you inspire me, and you make me a better person.

Kim, Those beautiful roses just make me smile. You always manage to write something sweet and comforting to my delight.

The candy looks dandy but I am always on a diet! I live next door to a wonderful woman who brought us Banana walnut cake (made from scratch) yesterday. We still have it, but I did sneak a bite! I ate a small salad for lunch today...gotta find a way to balance it out.
