You and I have visited Lavender & Lace before. If you missed that visit, you can read about it here. I hope you don't mind, but I really wanted to take you back because it is just so heavenly.
Mom and I had the loveliest time yesterday - dining in the tearoom, shopping in the delightful gift shop, and drinking in ALL of the charm that awaits for those lucky enough to find it quietly tucked away off of the beaten path....
We enjoyed meeting beautiful Holly, the manager of the new Special Tea & Bakery that is located off of the brick courtyard. And of course we also enjoyed chatting with sweet sweet Sehar - who has owned Lavender & Lace for the past 20 years. (How can it be that I have been visiting there that long?) She is SO friendly and welcoming - you must meet her if you have the chance to visit!
Sehar and her brother-in-law, Shahid ...
I asked Sehar if I could take lots of photos to share with you and she kindly said yes. So after Mom and I finished our delicious lunch, I helped myself to the gorgeous surroundings of Lavender & Lace and tried to capture a little bit of what I LOVE about one of my favorite places to visit.
Please pour yourself a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy one of the sweetest tea rooms around with me ...
*edited to add for those of you who have asked - this would be the Angel Pie! ;-)
pssst....If you look closely, you can see my Mom over there in the shade waiting on me while I take the photos ... I think she is getting used to this whole blogging thing now. ;-)
That WAS heavenly, wasn't it?
I hope you have the chance to visit Lavender & Lace one day.
And maybe I'll see you there.
Love,
Kim
