I love visiting your bright, cheery home :) And I didn't realize you live in FL until I read it on Houzz. I'm a tad N of Tampa, on the Gulf coast. Are we neighbors??

I love your blog and visit everyday. I always feel welcome here. Mary Kate and I just finished her scarf for the fund raiser for the abandoned animals care of KatillacShack and Maggie's boyfriend Oliver.
I hope everyone makes a scarf for this great cause.

Thanks Kim! You have such a kind spirit and such a gift of hospitality! It is amazing how welcome you can make people feel...over the internet! Amazing! Your lovely home is an inspiration. I am a "pink and white kind of girl" but lately...for some strange reason.....little bits of yellow and red are appearing throughout my home! Blessings!

Oh that early evening sunshine! Ain't it grand. Last night I went for a stroll in my neighborhood to refresh body and soul, and was reminded all over again of how restorative it is. There are many flowers and a sort of "country field" nearby, and it all looks like a pageant illuminated by the glow of that pre-dusk hour.
Spring in New England, when it's like this, is unlike anywhere else!

Hi Kim
I too love the way the sun shines into our house at various times during the day and lights up parts of the room or leaves a path across the floor.
I hope you have a wonderful day and the sun shines where you are today.

Hi, Kim!
You have such a lovely heart -- filled with love and gratitude. You are inspirational.
I agree with you - there is nothing like the evening sunshine as it closes the day. I am also wicked fond of the morning sun as it welcomes in a new day.
Hope the sun is shining on you!

The sunshine looks so wonderful filtering in at Daisy Cottage. You always find something new to show us and keep us inspired. I don't know how you do it!

Hi Kim,
I loved reading about you and Daisy Cottage in the Houzz interview - the photographs are fabulous - and of course - I adored getting to take a tour of your adorable home. Your sense of color and creativity using your fabulous flea market finds always inspires me and makes me smile every time I pop by for a visit.
