Buried underneath a pile of bills and lists of things to do, I was totally absorbed this morning with numbers and dates, when my neighbor and friend, Erin, knocked on the door.....
She SO sweetly brought over a tray of home-made DELICIOUS fall cookies... just because!
Oh yes - we LOVE Erin!
Every day, I am thankful that she and her porch are just a few steps away...
Thank you Erin! They are sooooo good!
Thank you for brightening my day!
xo,
Kim

You have a very sweet neighbor. I would think those cookies took some time to make and decorate. A good neighbor is a treasure.

Now I beleive theres flour, butter and sugar calling me from the kitchen, I feel inspired and empowered by this blog. Can you smell the cookies? Yum...

What beautiful cookies...so pretty, and obviously made with a lot of care and love. You have a sweet neighbor...and no doubt she feels just as lucky to have your front porch steps just a short skip away as well. :-)

I used to have a chair just like that and the exact color and loved it. My husband has parkinson-like symptoms and some memory issues and he fell on it and broke it so it couldn't be repaired. He was not badly hurt that time so it was just a "thing" but seeing it on your blog reminded me of how much I enjoyed it in my decor.
Love reading you!
