Will you play with me? Mommy is on an intermission, whatever that means, and I'm really really really bored.
All she has been doing is cleaning, cleaning, cleaning.
She needs to come here and sit down and, you know, hold me.
Sigh.
Love,
Lonely Maggie
Well, come on over here dear girl. Trixie Gertrude, Peggy Sue, Dixie Belle, and Miss Lucky Faith and I would love you to visit. We play and have lots of fun with the 6 daycare children who come to Mom's house every weekday. On weekends there are always grand children to play with too. And FOOD. Last night I stole the steak off Mom's plate when Mom went outside with a neighbor to dig up a plant from her flower bed...sure was good. Mom made doggie eggs for us too. Our mommy takes good care of us like your mommy does and spoils us. So while your Mommy is busy, come visit us in Texas. Beaulah Mae Meiske

Hi, Maggie! You are so dang cute! I have an idea~while your mommy is cleaning, why don't you come to my house and have a play date with my mini doxies, Mattie, Maggie and Zack? We would love to have you, and we could always make some homemade doggie treats and have some frosty paws ice cream for dogs. Now, wouldn't that be fun?
Love, mary

But Maggie, when mommy is done, your house will be all clean and fresh! And she will be free to pay attention to you. Just head under something to stay out of the dust!

Have you ever been to Ybor City? Years back there was a store "La France", it was beautiful....retro & vintage items of all kinds. I worked in a stained glass studio "West of the Moon". It is a fun part of Tampa.

Kim!
How on earth do you do it? Each and every picture you take is AMAZING! You have such an eye for detail and color. Thanks for kindly sharing your incredible talents and adorable home with us.
And speaking of adorable, look at that adorable Maggie! She needs to come over and play with Ty and Tootsie, though I fear they are currently in the doghouse for naughty behavior. More later.
I'm in your neck of the woods, and I drove past Daisy Cottage yesterday and oohed and ahhed and waved to her as well as to you and Maggie.
Up to my eyeballs in alligators, but I want to try and hook up sometime soon.
Hugs,
Sheila... who is on a borrowed computer!

Maggie,
Would you and your Momma like to come visit me in SC? Oh no wait, that would mean I would have to do the cleaning. On second thought, I would need weeks to prepare for a visit from my inspiration person..Kim.
Maggie relax and take a nap. She'll be done soon.

Your photos always provide a lift to the day, dear Kim! I love the way the tulips so beautifully mimic the crocheted afghan, and the delightful way the reds, blacks and white are accented with small pops of yellow and bright green. Your home always looks happy and ready to dance!

Hello Sweet Maggie....This is Barkley typing this message. My mom leaves me alone to fend for myself with a basket full of toys, while she does her "business stuff", I too dream of playing ball non-stop and having her undivided attention, 24/7 but sadly, I end up following her around in her studio and wishing she would play with me more too. Is asking for ball tossing 23 out of 24 hours asking too much? I don't think so.... Understanding how you feel, your NBF, Barkley ~ as typed by my mom ~ Joy

Greetings Miss Maggie! You know that I will take care of you. You, pretty girl! don't fret, I used to be a pet sitter as I have lots of great tricks up my sleave to keep your mind off of your mother and her "intermission." Upon a quick clean up she will be back soon!

Kim
I've enjoyed "catching up" with you today. My Mom and Aunt were here for a week, but left yesterday morning, so I'm working hard to visit all of my blogging friends.
As always, I enjoy seeing what you've been up to. Your photos are always "eye candy".
BTW...I'm celebrating my blog's 3rd birthday! Amazing! Thanks for being such a sweet blogging friend!
