It's not Monday - it is still Sunday, but I just HAD to share with you what Maggie's cutie-pie dachshund friend, Pearl sent in the mail to her! Please, oh pretty please, hop on over to Dianne's wonderfully creative blog and read her fun post about her doxie's special Pearl Party! It was soooooooo adorable! It will surely bring a smile to your face! :-)
Anyway, Maggie received her very own party gifts from Pearl - she got yummy treats and a precious card from Pearl herself!
Pearl gave her bows....
AND PEARLS!!!!!
Oh does Maggie ever love them! She feels so classy!!
And that's not all - Pearl sent Maggie her very own scarf!
Now I had to tell Maggie that Pearl lives far away - that she wouldn't be walking up the street anytime soon....
But it was as if Maggie was waiting for her special friend to come over...
And while she waited Maggie whispered to me... "Mommy, Pearl is my BEST FRIEND - FOREVER!!!!"
;-)
KIM!!!! How cute! How so sweet and generous of Pearl to share such gorgeous accessories with Maggie ~ who, by-the-way, us just as radiant as can be!! Ooo la la! Doogie is in love!!!
Have a lovely day!! Give Maggie a big hug and kiss from Spen, Duhgall and myself.
love ya!!

Oh, lucky Miss Maggie to have a BFF like Pearl! I love all her little trinkets & of course, they look lovely on her highness. LOL
Oh and Kim, love the new pic of you up top! You look beautiful.
Hope the rain has stopped for you finally. We got 1 1/2 days of ole' Fay blowing through B'ham too. We needed the rain though.

This just gave me goosebumps! Friendships like this are magical and not many people, excuse me - doggies have such generous caring friends.
Maggie my dear, you look just elegant in the pearls! You must be a very special doggy to attract wonderful friends like Pearl!
Just PRECIOUS!
Hugs to Kim and Maggie!

I sure wish I could teach my Yorkie hounds to keep a little pretty bling on! Impossible! I can't get a mile down the street from the groomer's before they have their cute kerchiefs ripped off.

Oh! Maggie is just so sweet in her scarfs and collar. She's a sweet little girl to cuddle while you're missing your big girl. My "baby" starts 11th grade tomorrow. Two more years of high school. time goes so fast. I can't imagine not having him home.

I have to say that this is the sweetest package ever, completely adorable. I don't even have a dog, or cat, or even a pet goldfish, but I totally love this post of yours with all the Maggie/Pearl goodies. What a lovely gift.

What a sweet post! And Maggie is a beautiful pooch!
I had a miniature, long-hair doxie when I was a little girl. His name was Hobo...short for Heinrich, of course. He lived to be 19 years old and was just the best dog.
I've been lurking on your blog for a while and figured it was time to say hello. I just adore your blog and love spending time here. Thanks!

Oh,,my gosh. That dog is sooo cute. I love all her accesories. I have a male golden retriever and I put bows (manly) on him sometimes and my husband always threatens to take them off. I say I didn't have any girls (Ihave 3 boys) that I have to do something. I think the pearls would be going a little too far. that looks so funny on a dog. Also, your porch looks like it's beautiful. Your blog is beautiful.
