Happy Weekend!
I thought I'd make these easy oven eggs for breakfast this morning. Being the health conscious family that we are - we usually have lots of fresh eggs, butter, sour cream, and shredded cheese on hand which makes whipping these up simple to do! ;-)
Easy Oven Eggs
8 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon melted butter
Beat eggs well and blend in sour cream. Stir in cheese. Add salt and pepper. Pour into a buttered 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Drizzle melted butter on top. Bake @ 325 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the center is firm.
While you wait on the eggs, have fun making your toast and help yourself to another cup of coffee.....
Soon, your eggs will be done, and your tummy will be satisfied...
Don't they look good? I hope you have a wonderful weekend - I'll be back soon... I've got Georgia on my mind!!!!!
xo,
Kim
Oh that does look yummy! Have fun Kim :)

Kim, the eggs look absolutely delicious.
You gave me a chuckle with this post by referring to your health conscious family. Being the health conscious family that we are, I fixed sausage biscuits this morning. They are a special treat for us, but occasionally we just have to have them.
Have fun in Savannah. I'll be waiting to see the pictures and read of your adventure.

I know I already came by, but I just wanted to tell you that I made these eggs tonight with our dinner. Yes, dinner! LOL
My silly son requested waffles for his 18th birthday dinner, so I thought your egg recipe would be great with them. They were perfect! Thank you so much for posting the recipe.
I hope you're having fun on your trip :)
