Hi Kim
I picked up my copy of Romantic Country magazine this morning and it is wonderful! Your article was fantastic - & so many gorgeous photos. I loved the white distressed center island in the kitchen. So much inspiration! My hubby is re-doing my craft space and Heather Bullard's wall of shelves is just what I had in mind but needed a visual :-} I also loved Penny Carlson's article showing her amazing mosaics. Congratulations to Meredith for winning your giveaway!
Have a Wonderful Easter.

Congratulations Meredith. What beautiful treasures you won.
I went to BAM! yesterday to get my copy of Romantic Country, but they didn't have it. Guess it just hasn't hit the shelves here yet.

Fabulous giveaway! You are very generous, Kim.
Heart Update: I have my fabric, my heart pattern and my vintage beauties to put on YOUR heart. Now....if I can just get a masterful hold on the SEWING MACHINE, I MAY be able to pull this off. Anyone should be able to make a simple heart but there's not ANYONE that can NOT sew as well as I can NOT sew. Even straight line stitching brings sweat and, many times, tears. But....this is something I AM GOING TO DO! Mind made up...I AM going to have my heart rest at DAISY COTTAGE, (even if it is placed on the bottom of the pile...that is ok with me...cause, at least, it will be THERE!) :) This may take awhile.......
Happy Day, bj

Oh my gosh. I just found your blog. I love the cottage. If I ever get to Flordia again I want to just come sit on your porch. I guess I won't give up on my dream of having a victorian home. So if one day you look out your window and see some strange lady on your porch just sitting it's me. Also love the back ground music. Thanks!
