I apologize for the blurry picture! This is my office and the light in here is pretty intense much of the time and since I refuse to turn on my flash, it can be hard for me to capture how this space looks in real life. But I want to share how my "new" pocketbooks are being used for now ~ AND this is where I stack most of my much-loved decorating books ~ I know, I know, another obsession! Anyway, before I'm off to enjoy our Sunday, I wanted to share this with you.

Let Your Home Be Your Heart
- What I hope for my readers and for all keepers of the nest, is that they embrace their homes with their heart and all of the passion that it holds. I want them to know that they can decorate on a limited budget by seeing things in new ways; by rescuing the broken and transforming the ugly. I hope that they flaunt their favorite color and decorate their life with it. I hope that their homes feel like one giant hug that welcomes them each and every time they walk through their front door. I am loving your blog - seems like we are kindred spirits about many things -including your stack of books. I have similar stack of decorating books in my living room that is as tall as the back of the couch. I love your addition of the purses - very lovely!

I too have stacks of books all over...some with pottery on top, bits and bobs of things...books are a total obsession for me. Especially decorating books! A weakness!
But I love them and read them all over and over and over...
