Gentle water lapped at her feet and caressed the ones she had grown to love so. A cradle of waves. And in the calm breeze which slightly disturbed her brown curls she watched in revelry. Until the gold of the day turned silver.

She is adorable!
My grandchildren live in New England and I'm 1,000 miles away. It would be so much fun to cuddle them (but they have to go where the jobs lead!).
Her first Thanksgiving and Christmas, there will be lots of pictures. :)

Oh you are so blessed to be there with her and mom. It is so amazing watching my daughter be a mother now to 1 year old twins and being able to see them so often...I never take it for granted.

When I see her picture, I melt too! She is so pefect - looks like a little doll and such a sweet dress too. I am sure that both of you pinch yourselves when you see her. I imagine she has her grandfather wrapped around her little fingers too.
