In the cool stillness of her mind she searched the endless ripples. For the alabaster down feathers which now haunted her dreams. Gentle water lapped at her feet and caressed the ones she had grown to love so. A cradle of waves. And in the calm breeze which slightly disturbed her brown curls she watched in revelry. Until the gold of the day turned silver.

i don't have a porch to sit on, but i can sit at the top of my driveway. i did this yesterday. it was cool, kind of foggy, smelled of the ocean, funny since i live in the desert! there are two seagulls to fly around here so they must think it's close to the ocean! the birds were so happy yestesrday morning, singing together. i like watching neighbors walk by, saying hi how are you? watching neighbors drive by taking kids to school. remembering those days when my boys were in school. I'm waiting for grandson to come for the day, to play! i love the morning outside. i think i'll go sit for a few minutes right now. I pray that your day is lovely.

Ah yes! Porch time. Your porch is a sight to behold! These are the colorful images that I adore! Makes me want to sit in that comfy chair with a nice cup of ice chai tea and read a good book with my little Kayla dog cuddled in my lap and Kensie at my feet! I love all your images of Daisy Cottage! The lake must be beautiful this time of year.

That flower is being sold in all sorts of gorgeous spring colors in the local supermarket. I couldn't find a name. Do you know it? It's a wonderful color and looks amazing in that yellow pot.

Hi Kim,
Last Thursday and Friday it was lovely weather here in the south of The Netherlands. So I´ve spent my time in the garden and painted an old mirror that I bought for only 2 euro´s. I´m looking forward to Spring and Easter!
