- What I hope for my readers and for all keepers of the nest, is that they embrace their homes with their heart and all of the passion that it holds. I want them to know that they can decorate on a limited budget by seeing things in new ways; by rescuing the broken and transforming the ugly. I hope that they flaunt their favorite color and decorate their life with it. I hope that their homes feel like one giant hug that welcomes them each and every time they walk through their front door. You are so right about the bond siblings share; i lost my brother 7 yrs ago this month at age 55; we were 14 months apart. He was my brother and friend for 55 yrs and it was unbearable to let go of him. I still miss him so much. We just got back from fla. today. I e-mailed you wk before last and told you i was going. We had a good trip to Naples to see stepdaughter. She took me to botanical gardens there in naples. It was beautiful!! Went to longboat key a few days. It is so beautiful and peaceful there. I saw a duck family and took pics this time and the herons and egrets!!! LOVE all of them. veronica
