I shouldn't be craving chips and dip this early in the morning, but since I am pregnant I guess it is less strange. I love the vintage dishes. They make everything look so much more yummy. :)
I absolutely agree :) Everything tastes better when it's served up from a pretty vintage dish, and your table looks beautiful! Hope you are having a wonderful week.
Yes, and not only vintage, but probably
those were made in the U.S...are those
Corning/Pyrex?
I'm squeamish about using dishes made in
China these days....
and I collect and use vintage Corning & Corelle. Really fun!

I bet you're right! I'm so enamored of all you bloggers pretty dishes and kitchen things that I'm on the hunt to spruce up my own. Kim, how is it that you can manage to make chips and dip look so elegant and romantic!

I'm a vintage dish lover, too. Infact, I have a set of pink pyrex mixing bowls. They belonged to my mom and I just love to use them--I think of all of the great food she prepared with them. I am honored to continue using them to prepare food for my family.
Simple, beautiful, colorful, heart-lifting. Not words people often use to describe chips & dip - lol! The photography is so crisp (like the chips!) and the colors so vibrant, I can't help but smile with pleasure. The leaf dish under the vase - so pretty!
Kim, your photos just melt my heart! I think we must be related or at least the same age, because the pics always take me right back to childhood. Good stuff! Keep it coming...
Have a great day! mary
Hi Kim . Wonder why everything really does taste better in a pretty dish ? I always think a clean car seems to ride better also . :0) :0) Have a great day Kim
I haven't had chips and dip in forever! I remember as a teen making the dip with sour cream and Liptons' Onion Soup Mix...
I love your vintage dishes, especially the white vase the pretty flowers are in.
