Mirror Mirror

Thank you, THANK YOU! Oh I am loving all of your color suggestions for the table and chairs! I haven't decided yet, but will soon, and when they are freshly painted, I will share their new look with you. Promise!  psst..I am leaning towards blue

I know that I've shared these mirrors in our stairwell before, but now I've painted the silver and gold ones white, and I thought I would share them again. I was VERY lazy and didn't tape off the mirrors.. just quickly brushed on flat, latex wall paint, and rehung them in different spots.

Some were painted all the way.. some were lightly brushed..

They were hung randomly and without too much attention to spacing..

It was fun giving these Goodwill mirrors a fresh look! And there is always room for more!   ;-)

They look great, and it provides a consistency to the enchanting look.

Can't wait to see your finished set. Blue will be great - or red. ;-)

Wow Kim what a collection you have there....they look great !!!

Hope you have a nice week-end, I'm going to see Sarah Jessica Parker and the girls with my girls can't wait and of course a Cosmo after the movie...lol

Take care,
Kathy :)

You certainly have a knack for painting things. They look so romantic and pretty.

Hi Kim,
They look great. I love your stairs. I have carpet on mine and would love to have them like yours. Have a great day.

Hugs,
LeAnn:)

I love this look. You are so great!

I have a small wall of mirrors...I think I may update them with this technique as well. I've grown bored with how they look now. This just might be the ticket to make me love them again. lol

Kari

Your mirrors are fantastic! I have a few that I need to paint white and hang near my front door. Will share when that's done. ~Adrienne~

It is so fun to be able to change things up when we grow tired of them. I think the white looks so lovely and so very cottage. Fantastic job!! :)

Hi Kim,
I love your mirrors and the way you painted them. Your stairs are lovely too, really looks crisp and clean and sets off the mirrors.
Happy weekend ;)

Love this Kim! I have always felt mirrors were greater in numbers. All those pretty reflections! Your sense of style is genious!

I see I am really crapping out with spelling errors today! Make that GENIUS!

I love your mirrors, Kim.

Kim, Loving the mirrors! I have a penchant for them, too. Have a wonderful weekend! :-)

Those look great!

Very pretty and elegant!

Wonderful! Fantastic! Can`t wait to see the table and chairs. Have a wonderful and sunny weekend :))

Oh, CUTE! You have the best ideas!

Looks like my staircase...only I wish I had a collection of mirrors like yours. I love them!

And I love coming to your blog and hearing "Theme from a Summer Place."

Can't wait to see the "new" table and chairs!!

Your mirrors look great! I'll bet they add so much pretty light to your stairwell.

Hi Kin,
most beautiful collection that mirrors have, I would not know which to choose!
Shhh ... I look forward to seeing the chairs and table! ;-)

Saludos, Ana!

Kim,

I love the mirrors! What a GREAT idea. They are beautiful.

Would love to see all of them from a distant shot.

Blue on the outdoor furniture will be pretty. I'm anxious to see it!

Donna

Love the fresh paint job on the mirrors.
Am I too late to suggest a color for the table/chairs? What about the beautiful aqua color letters on the cover of Romantic Country on your sidebar?
MimiG

I really like the combination of rich green wall paint, with the warm wood tones, and your white mirrors. Those colors combined with all of the wonderful relecting going on is a great decorating treatment.

Hi Kim,
I have a mirror wall in my stairway too! Mine is painted black and I'm getting ready to slap a coat of white or maybe robins egg blue on all of them! With lots of flaking and chipping of course! Yours look terrific!
