Thank you, THANK YOU! Oh I am loving all of your color suggestions for the table and chairs! I haven't decided yet, but will soon, and when they are freshly painted, I will share their new look with you. Promise! psst..I am leaning towards blue.
I know that I've shared these mirrors in our stairwell before, but now I've painted the silver and gold ones white, and I thought I would share them again. I was VERY lazy and didn't tape off the mirrors.. just quickly brushed on flat, latex wall paint, and rehung them in different spots.
Some were painted all the way.. some were lightly brushed..
They were hung randomly and without too much attention to spacing..
It was fun giving these Goodwill mirrors a fresh look! And there is always room for more! ;-)

They look great, and it provides a consistency to the enchanting look.
Can't wait to see your finished set. Blue will be great - or red. ;-)

I have a small wall of mirrors...I think I may update them with this technique as well. I've grown bored with how they look now. This just might be the ticket to make me love them again. lol

It is so fun to be able to change things up when we grow tired of them. I think the white looks so lovely and so very cottage. Fantastic job!! :)

Love the fresh paint job on the mirrors.
Am I too late to suggest a color for the table/chairs? What about the beautiful aqua color letters on the cover of Romantic Country on your sidebar?

I really like the combination of rich green wall paint, with the warm wood tones, and your white mirrors. Those colors combined with all of the wonderful relecting going on is a great decorating treatment.

Hi Kim,
I have a mirror wall in my stairway too! Mine is painted black and I'm getting ready to slap a coat of white or maybe robins egg blue on all of them! With lots of flaking and chipping of course! Yours look terrific!

I really love the cottagey white paint against the green walls. Magnificant!!! I have some mirrors on my stairwell, however I need to have a darker paint to make them POP! Great job there, Miss Kim!!!!!! LOL about painting everything and even Maggie! Doogs gets paint in his "skirt" whenever the paint can comes out. Silly dogs anyways.....

Dear Kim,
I mentioned you on my post today. I so admire how you can take the old and with a bit of paint, a touch of love and your flair for decorating create a beautiful treasure. I found some consignment shops on Friday in Cape Cod, and had to link people to your gorgeous inspiration. Karen
