In Living Color
Life may be like "a box of chocolates" but I also think it can be like a box of crayons - filled with color! I know that I, personally, need to be surrounded with it. :-)
While I didn't get to play in the rain yesterday, as, alas, there were NO raindrops, I DID get to play in the living room ......
I think the chairs have landed!
Well, at least for now!!!!!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend AND a beautiful Mother's Day!
Love you bunches!
xo,
Kim

The fabric is so lovely on these chairs. I love the bird. I am soooo going thrifting this weekend; these have inspired me.
Happy Mother's Day, Kim!

Twitching a little at the old book lying jelly-side-down on the table, but other than that, love these pictures! Love that mantle.

Yours certainly is the most colourful and vibrant blog that I visit - always a pleasure. And being a book-enthusiast, I love how much they feature today!

Kim:
Your home looks like something fresh from the pages of a cottage magazine. I love the color! I navigate toward shabby chic tones, but you really hit the mark with all of those bold colors. Totally your personality!
Fondly,
Debbie

Happy Mother's Day! I love the way you have used color to decorate your room---I am really impressed with the way you arrange your books. Subtle detail, but it adds significantly to the whole. I spent yesterday rearranging my family room and kitchen around some new black, yellow and white dishes I bought. It took all day to fiddle with things, and I don't think I am finished yet!
