Or an old cookbook with a colorful cover ....

There is ALWAYS room for thrifted treasures and a little more color at Daisy Cottage!

She believed in me.

She gave me the WONDERFUL opportunity to write my very FIRST article for a decorating magazine. And not just any magazine - THIS MAGAZINE....

Please pinch me - and no, not because it is Saint Patrick's Day and I'm not wearing green, but because I feel like I am in an amazing dream and I am SO happy that it has come true....

I wrote about a gorgeous and VERY romantic home that belongs to a delightful couple - Gene and Debbie LaFrance. You will love visiting their Maryland home. This spring issue is FILLED with beauty and lovely inspiration - delicious in EVERY WAY! AND several of our talented blogging friends are featured also! Bunny Surprise

Of course you recognize Daisy Cottage's porch.. but let me introduce you to Erin's porch....

Erin is my friend and neighbor. Her home, along with her comfy porch swing, is one of my favorite places to visit. Her front door is always open to her family, friends, and neighbors. She has style in spades. One day I'll take a picture of her fabulous RED chandelier and share that with you too.
