I appreciate each and every one of your comments. If you have a question, please feel free to email me and I promise to reply as soon as I can. Thank you for stopping by Daisy Cottage!
So pretty, Kim! I'm so enjoying seeing your house all decked out for Christmas...perfect colors for that cottage of yours. I really love those Santa boots you've collected. I really must get out there & look for more of some of those old things. I just haven't had much luck at our thriftstores, the prices aren't as good as yours seem to be.
Christmas hugs! Karla at Karla's Cottage is having a party today, so go & check out everyone's holiday cheer.
Dear Kim: I always enjoyed my visits to your lovely site. Everything is so perfect!
Christmas is tenderness for the past, courage for the present, hope for the future. It is a fervent wish that every cup may overflow with blessings rich and eternal, and that every path may lead to peaceā¦
You have one of the neatest houses ever. I bet you never get tired of looking around at all the cute things you have. I especially love the red stuff, but that frosted "JOY" is really beautiful!
Such a treat after a busy day...to see your "Joy" ....all bright & cheerful!!
I enjoy it even more since...YES...my name is JOY.
Thanks for sharing your pretties!!
I think "JOY" is my word for this year! It has been a very good one, after a truly awful one. And having you as a blogging friend is a big reason that this year is so full of joy!!!
Hi Kim,
Was a quick day shuffling my teenager around for appointments, etc. Your vignette is a very nice way to end a busy day and give thanks for being home & cozy again. Joy indeed, thank you!

I love your post of 'becoming a mommy at christmas time'. I had two babies at christmas time...my second child, first daughter was born the day after christmas, December 26...she was named holly noel. Two years later we had another girl on CHRISTMAS DAY! she came a week early, unexpected, and so fast that she was born on the way to the hospital in our truck, delivered by my hubby. She was named grace elisabeth. So very special, both of them.
You have a great Wednesday too, Kim! (Oops--today is Thursday! HEE!) I love all of the RED all over your house...it's one of my favorite colors too! It just so happens that it looks great for Christmas as well! :)

The beaded purse is beautiful. It is such a gift to take pretty non-Christmassy things and mix them up to become a Christmas scene. Beautiful.
