Red Tole Tray
Sometimes I feel like I've hit the jackpot when I find something at a yard sale. My sister and I stumbled upon an awesome one last Saturday. She scored several vintagy things for her home. I spotted this red tole tray propped on a table with some Christmas decorations on top of it. My heart did a little skip and a jump and I tried not to say "oh... oh" out loud as I scooped it up before someone else did. Isn't it wonderful? It is red AND yellow and meant for our dining room table! I am a very happy camper!

Your tray is a beauty. I have co-worker that collects red tole trays. She's going to flip when I show her your blog. I love looking at your pics. Thanks for letting us in your home.

Don't those treasures at garage sales make wading through all the junk worthwhile?

What a gorgeous tray. Isn't it great when you spot something like that and it seems like no one else has noticed it so you have to take it quick before anyone sees!

What a funny twist that I arrived at your blog today! We used to live in Florida, and I was just talking to my husband about Lakeland today. That is a very sweet little cottage you have there.

Oh Kim what a find! I love tole trays and that one is a true beauty and really meant for Daisy Cottage. I know that pitter pat feeling that you get when you find something so wonderful for a steal. This week I found four F Scott Fitzgerald classics at the book fair and got that same feeling all over.

Sure do miss gargage sales now that its colder here. Have to go to thrift stores, which is fine, I get lots of good stuff. Never seem to tire of it. Love your red tray, I have a fruit one and a black one, but not red, thats a beauty!!
